My Favorite Blooper

A hoppin' good time (bwahahaha)

Alright, alright, I have to brag about this cute little girl. I don't know any other little 3 year olds who would sit perfectly still and not move for 30 minutes while a whole crew of people is chasing around a frog. She was the perfect angel model! She loved the frog and would touch it, smile at it, ask where it went.... she was fabulous! I have wanted to do a shoot with a frog for over 5 months and was so happy to have her to work with. And Timmy, the frog, did an applaudable job as well.

This was a nice test shot near the end that happened to get in everyone helping me. My thanks to the whole crew!-All for now-

Because she is so. cute.

I am going out of town at 4 am tomorrow and wasn't going to edit any of these but I blew off packing (who needs luggage on vacation?) because she is. so. cute.

Sweet Sweet Baby

I love newborns! I love capturing their teeny little button noses, love their shaky little hands and toes, and I especially love doing it in their own house! My friend Roberta just had a baby and we were able to take pictures in his room that she's worked so hard to make just right for his arrival. She was so so tired! I believe her words were "you ask me if I want a million dollars, or sleep for one night.... I take sleep for one night." I was glad that she still put up with me because newborn pictures are the best! (And so are her cheekbones- look at that!)
By the way, this baby could just look and look at the camera until the cows came home. No week-and-a-half old does that!

Long-necked beauties

I was poking around online and came across these cute handmade toys from Hop Skip Jump. I love the giraffes (!!!) and have decided these are now a necessity for the studio. :)
